Yes, there are some parking spots near the apartment. In the streets around. They are payed, from Monday to Friday, from 9am till 7pm.

Do you have a luggage storage room/service before check-in and check-out? We will land in Lisbon before check-in time and fly out in the afternoon.

We only have the laundry room. All guests have access to the laundry room, so leaving luggage there is at the guests responsibility. Several guests have already used this method, and to this day there have never been any problems.

Amazing location, place looks nice and renovated. Everything was comfortable and had everything we needed in the room

Really bad smell coming from the bathroom, I think the shower drain specifically, it filled up the entire room. Quite off putting.

Perfect place for a short break with no frills

Once we found it, the apartment was perfect for a short break! Perfectly situated.

Towels were a bit worn and frayed. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom!

The apartment has a really beautiful atmosphere. It is clean and cozy.

It was rather noisy after midnight and in the early mornings.

Nice Clean apartment in old part of the city

The location was good very near the Santa Apolonia train station. it feels much more authentic staying here than in the built-up parts of the city. We only had two days in Lisbon so didn't get to explore the area too much. The apartment was clean and comfortable and gave us a good base to explore Lisbon. It also has access to a washing machine which is handy. The instructions for check-in are good but be careful once you get to the main courtyard there are apartments there with similar numbers to the ones you will be staying. You need to turn to the left and there is a black gate with a keypad. Your apartments will be located through this gate.

Kitchen could have been a little better equipped but for our short stay it was ok There is a little noise from the tram which passes by but it is not to bad.

Great for travellers wanting to stay in the heart of Lisbon

The location was very close to the Miradouro Sta. Luzia. The famous tram 28 is just two steps away. The apartment although a bit small, is perfect for a couple wanting to explore Alfama and the Saint George castle. It has all you'd need if you were to cook your own meals - vessels, cutlery, glasses, microwave and a tiny fridge. The host was super helpful and was available on whatsapp for any guidance

Because the tram runs right outside the apartment, there was the occasional clanking noise which could be a minus for light sleepers. Also, the bathroom had run out of bathing liquid the very first day. A refill of the container before we'd arrived would have been nice.

Lovely room on a hill.

Great little unit. Had small but very functional kitchen area (with a kettle ). The bedroom was full of light and had two windows which gave a nice cross breeze. The bathroom was nice. Good water pressure for the shower. Had a washing machine for guests to use which was handy. Very nice and cozy.

Not a problem for me but it was a little bit noisy with the trams. And your legs will get a workout with the hills but that's just Lisbon.

The location was superb! Amazing view from my room as well. Very comfortable bed, cozy room.

The bathroom needs proper ventilation: the smell wasn't good. It's quite noisy in the evening, the tram passing by just on the street below.

It is a comfortable stay.

Location was Great so was Value for Money. Inside of the room was nicely done up. Appliances in the Kitchenette were functional. Very near to Tram stop. Lot of good eateries in close vicinity.

1. A Safety Locker should be made available. It is unwise to walk around with passport and cash. 2. Some basic information about the city e.g - city map, tram schedule or information, What are the types of cards available and where to buy them, Yellow Bus flyer, list of near by eateries ... is a missing. If basic are provided then one does not have to spend an entire day on the Basics. 3. The room exterior needs to be spruced.

perfect choice

The apartment has a perfect location, its in the middle of the most beautiful quarter of the city. Clean and calm. The self check-in and -out is very easy, we got all the infos from the host. This apartment is ideal, if you want to discover the city by foot, we recommend it absolutely!

Our apartment was a bit dark, because it is on the grounfloor, so the sun cant shine into. But if you sightseeing the city by day, its irrelevant :)

A great budget-friendly apartment within walking distance to everything

The property is situated in a great lo action within walking distance from many tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment was just what we needed in the middle of our trip with a washing machine allowing us to wash some clothes for the remainder of our stay in Portugal. The space was comfortable and safe.

The only thing we didn’t like was a strange smell that sometimes came from the bathroom pipes.
